What if my product arrives damaged?
We recommend carefully inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, even to the packaging, document it when signing for the shipment. If you suspect damage but cannot open the package immediately, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
Should your product arrive damaged, please send clear photos of the item and packaging to support@powertoolscentral.com. We will process a replacement or refund promptly, typically within one business day.
